Development Assistant, CG Animation Studio

Role: development assistant to Head of Development and Studio Manager

MARZA Animation Planet opened a studio in California and is developing new properties for production in 2015.

Hired to organize and support four directors as a temp production secretary, then also trained to assist the accounting manager with the paperwork and record-keeping required to work in the Overseas branch of a Japanese studio.

Dispatch, Television Filming Locations Office

Format: multiple live-action television series;
Role: dispatch & assistant to four Locations Managers, plus Marketing Lead

I'm hired to assist the Locations Managers by collecting info from appropriate sources involved with a filming locations, prioritizing what needs to be addressed and then getting the correct answers to the people who need them.

This also includes directing questions about contracts, insurance and other legal necessities to the proper representatives, and assisting with urgent contracts when needed.
